How to make a mini dress from a T-shirt:

Firstly, pick your T-shirt and cut off the the sleeves.
Then you’ll have to fold in the armpits slightly towards the front of the shirt, but you must keep in mind that in order to determine how far in to fold, you should put on the shirt, so that it reaches just below your bustline.
The next step will be to pinch the underarms so that the dress fits the way you desire.
Cut along the folds you’ve made and continue by turning the t-shirt inside out.
Sew the sleeve holes closed, and hem the opening at the top.
Turn the shirt right side out again.
Cut the sleeves into triangles.
Cut along the side that you had cut before.
Sew the sleeves to the front of the opening and don’t forget to reinforce the center where the triangles meet. Bunch the fabric and sew it in place so that the cut edges don’t show.
And the last step will be to cut the collar away from the T-shirt and sew it onto the dress as a halter strap.
