1. Basic Items
No matter in what part of Europe you are traveling, your ultimate basic packing list should be the same.
Summer or winter, you still need to have your essentials with you.
When are you preparing for one week trip to Europe, you need to pack at least one pair of black skinny jeans.
They are super easy to pair with a top for a casual look or you can dress up with a silk shirt or cashmere sweater if you are going out for a romantic dinner.
Other basic items you need to take with you are socks and underwear, a pair of sunglasses, swimsuit, sneakers, rain boots and a silk scarf.

2. Layers
A veritable truth about Europe is that the weather is always changing, often going from wet and chilly to sunny and warm.
Make sure that you are always stylish, yet comfortable by choosing clothes that you can layer.
Select thin breathable materials like knit and cotton, which are perfect for keeping you warm in the morning.
Don’t forget to pack a light waterproof jacket in your luggage and during the flight wear a heavier coat so you can save some space.

3. Comfortable Footwear
For Europe, we highly recommend taking three pairs of shoes with you: one pair of sandals, rain booties, and sneakers that can be worn with socks.
If you are an adventurous traveler and you believe that you need just one pair of shoes, then go for boots.
A pair of boots is comfortable, you can basically walk for hours in them; they keep you warm, they dry up better than flats and could be matched with any type of outfit.
